Con algún arco del siglo IX, yeserías del siglo X, alfarjes policromados y pinturas murales del XV, columnas del XVI… como todas las buenas casonas, artistas de cada siglo han ido dejando su impronta convirtiéndola en un collage de estilos y vivencias, tan cuidadas y mimadas por su propietaria, que los premios de la Real Academia de Bellas Artes y Ciencias Históricas de Toledo y de la Real Fundación de Toledo, han sido la respuesta social a un merecido reconocimiento.

THE AUTHENTIC TOLEDANA KITCHEN
A menu based without a doubt on some hunting piece of the Montes de Toledo: partridges, rabbit, hares, ducks … seasoned with the essential saffron, D.O. from Castilla-La Mancha, red gold from La Mancha, and the magnificent garlic from Las Pedroñeras. Watered by a good wine from the land (up to nine Denominations of Origin). And for dessert, goat milk protagonist in French toast, rice pudding, custard or flan, always accompanied by a seasonal fruit. Not forgetting the pastry according to the French tradition that has convinced Asun: cheese, in this case Spanish, made with milk its own goats.
