NOU TEMA ORGANIZA LA JORNADA DE TRABAJO “EXPLORE WITH US" PARA AGCS

THE NOU TEAM AGENCY TOGETHER WITH MONKEY EVENTS AND POWER AV HAVE COORDINATED ITS EFFORTS SO THAT THE WORKSHOP “EXPLORE WITH US” FOR AGCS, IN THE PALACE OF CONGRESS OF TOLEDO, IS ALL SUCCESSFUL.

Organizing an event such as THE WORKSHOP “EXPLORE WITH US” FOR AGCS, is a challenge at an organizational level.

Last October 2nd, the multinational AGCS (Allianz Global Corporete & Specialty) celebrated a working day under the title “Explore with us” at the Congress Palace “El Greco” in Toledo.

In it, the challenges that the multinational has raised in the use of new technologies were analyzed. These will be used for risk assessment, artificial intelligence or cybersecurity.

With the title “Explore with us” Allianz invited attendees to face the challenge of new technologies, making artificial intelligence or cybersecurity present. Thus, it was necessary to conceptualize these themes through the scenography and the staging of the presentations, with which a proposal was chosen in which the visual impact stood out and audiovisual content had a special role.

To this end, a structure of truss and large-dimension canvases printed with tarpaulins and Allianz corporate colors was designed, which covered the side walls of the Toledo hall of the congress hall. Some side decorations, 5.50 meters high and 14.5 meters wide, each of which also had screens of 14m2 of projection surface.

With this, not only was it possible to involve the assistant in the branding of the event, but it also served as a resource to focus attention on the front stage. This central decoration, 6 meters high and 16 meters wide, incorporated a large screen of more than 15 m2 of projection surface.

Together, the three screens and the realization that was designed, offered diverse possibilities to reinforce audiovisual exposure of contents and the transmission of messages by the managers of the company. And to top it all the room had a lighting design adapted to each moment of the presentations, playing with corporate blue tones.

THE AREAS OF SPACE.

Especially relevant has been the construction of the central decoration. They stand out 6 meters high and 16 meters wide. In it a large screen of more than 15 m2 of projection surface was incorporated.

The lateral decorations, of 5,50m of height and 14,5 m. of width, they incorporated respective screens of 14 m2 of projection surface.

Finally, we were able to ensure that the three screens and the realization that was designed offered multiple possibilities. With this we strengthen the audiovisual content exposure and the transmission of the messages of the managers of the company.

As a result of this approach, graphic design focused on highlighting corporate colors in a relevant way. In this way the brands of the multinational (AGCS and Allianz), which had a prominent visual presence in all the supports of the event.

The set of the room was set with a lighting design adapted to each of the moments of the event.
